The Students' Union President, Comrade Ibrahim Shehu Kalgo has urged the students that registered for the INEC ad-hoc recruitment to exercise patient as the electoral body is still compiling the list of registered applicants.
The information which was contained in a press release signed by the President today read thus:
"Sequel to the INEC AD-HOC verification held last week. The Student's Union wishes to inform you that INEC is still compiling the lists, and it will soon be released after all the necessary arrangement.
For those that missed the verification, there will be another one within next week as we were informed by the INEC officials"
The President advised the University community to disregard misinformation that may stain the integrity of the union, as his team is committed towards feeding Danfodites with genuine information
"We endeavour you to disregard any rumours as we are working tirelessly to bring you genuine information at your fingertips"
He therefore enjoined those who are duly registered to visit the body's official website for online screening to complete their registration.
"As ordered by INEC, all the applicants are to complete their registration via the following web link: http://pres.inecnigeria.org" he concluded
