UDUS APPROVES NEW DATES FOR CONVOCATION

The Governing Council of Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto at its  149th meeting held on Wednesday 18th of December 2018 has approved new dates for the previously postponed 35th, 36th and 37th combined convocation.
Henceforth, the convocation activities  will start  from Tuesday, 9th of   April 2019 and end on   Saturday, 13th of April 2019.

The information which was contained  in the university internal memorandum signed by the Academic secretary for the registrar, Mallam U. F Abubakar approves Tuesday,  9th of April 2019 for the press briefing by the vice-chancellor at 10:00am, 10th of April at 10:00am and 9:00am for convocation debate  and convocation drama respectively, Thursday 11th of April for   convocation lecture and Novelty match at 10:00am and 4:00pm respectively, 12th of April  for the award of Certificates and Diploma, award of Bachelor Degrees and commissioning of projects start at 9:00am and 13th of April for the award of higher degrees and conferment of honorary degrees.
