The management of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto had on Monday 10 January, 2022, released some important tips on 2022 Batch 'A' NYSC Mobilization, for the recent graduates of the institution.
These tips were contained in a circular released from the office of the Vice-Chancellor, (Student Affairs Division), with the Ref No. Ref: Udus/SAD/C/006.
According to the released circular, all prospective corps members (full time) must ensure that their JAMB registration numbers are registered on their student accounts.
"Those that are not on University portal should submit a copy of their notification of result and JAMB admission letter, indicating their date of birth, State of origin, GSM number and marital status," it added.
Among the released tips for the prospective corps members was that, part time graduates do not have to submit jamb admission letters.
The circular also reads that graduates from Medical related courses MUST verify their date of graduation with the NYSC mobilization officer before being mobilized.
It also stated that the correction list will soon be displayed on the Student Affairs notice board. Prospective Corps members are therefore, expected to cross check the list and draw the attention of the school management to any correction against their names.
"WhatsApp group is created for class Representatives with student affairs. All class representative must ensure that they join the group to represent their class for easy communication with the Mobilization officer," the circular concluded.
