Sokoto College of Midwifery Begins Sales of Admission Form

College of Midwifery, Sokoto, has commenced sales of admission forms into the second and first streams of its General Nursing and Basic Midwifery programmes, respectively.

The school disclosed the commencement of admission form sales via a notice signed by the management, noting that the sales remain open from December 12 to December 23, 2022.

The notice also highlighted that interested candidates must visit the college portal sis.conssokoto.edu.ng to obtain and fill out the admission forms, which cost seven thousand, excluding charges.

"Ensure you print all the invoices and receipts generated while filling the forms," the notice urged.

"Computer-based test(CBT) will hold on 31st December 2022 for all applicants," it added.

The notice directed applicants to provide valid phone numbers whilst filling the form as the venue and time of the CBT exams will be communicated via the phone number they submit.

"All candidates should present their application form/invoice or receipts of the purchase of the form at the venue of the CBT exams," it concluded.
