UDUTH School of Midwifery Begins Sales of Admission Forms for 2021/2022 Academic Session

The management of Usmanu Danfodio University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto (UDUTH) has begun the sales of admission forms into the school of Midwifery, for the 2021/2022 academic session.

This was contained in a public notice from the School of Midwifery and signed by the management, UDUTH, having its headline, "SALES OF ADMISSION FORMS".

According to the notice, the application has commenced on the 3rd of December, 2021 and it closes on 13th of January, 2022.

Part of the letter read thus: "Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the school of Midwifery, UDUTH Sokoto for 2021/2022 academic session.

"The school offers a 3 year basic training in Midwifery education."

As for the entry requirement, application must possess a minimum of five credits in not more than two (2) sitting in either WAEC, SSCE, GCE, NECO and NABTEB which include ENGLISH LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICS, BIOLOGY, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

"Interested candidates can obtain the application form online on a payment of NON-REFUNDABLE sum of five thousand naira through remita.
"Candidates should visit https//:www.remita.net/ and select Usmanu Danfodio University Teaching Hospital Sokoto from the MDA (Ministry, Department and Agencies ) remita payment menu.
"Select school of Midwifery under the service then generate remita( RRR) number of the sum of five thousand naira only.
"Receipt of remita payment slip should be presented to SOM-UDUTH CASHIER and collect cashier receipt.
"Photocopies of the remita receipt and cashier receipt will then be used to obtain PIN SUP from school of Midwifery UDUTH Sokoto," the notice contained.

The public notice added that applicant should visit http//:www.sopbm.uduth.org.ng/ basic to fill the form online.

"Applicant should print the completed form and present it on the examination date, as entrance examination date and venue will be communicated.
