This is to inform all Danfodites that PEN PRESS UDUS - Winner of both Students' Union award for 'Best Press Outfit' 2018 and the National Union of Campus Journalists (NUCJ) in Nigeria award for 'Best Local News Agency in Nigeria' 2018 , has begun the recruitment of intending members, as of 6th of March, 2019.
Guest Writers are also welcomed.
Our activities include:
1. Daily online publications
2. Weekly onboard publications.
3. Oratory contests.
4. Campus Watch / UDUS Today.
5. Writing contests.
Our columns include:
Morocco 101, GST 101, Inside UDUS, Poetry Pot, Fiction Wednesday,Monday Motivation amongst others.
Our objectives are:
1. To promote the dissemination of credible information about the University and beyond.
2. To instill in members the basics of not just Campus journalism, but journalism proper. Thereby, making them self-reliant.
3. To develop and build up the writing prowess and verbal fluency in members.
4. To ensure that the voices of students are heard and laments are acted upon.
5. To speedily bring the latest campus gists to the Fingertips of Danfodites.
MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY / QUALIFICATION.
Intending members must:
1. Be a student of UDUS.
2. Be apolitical and non-partisan.
3. Be ready to learn from and interact with others.
4. Obey all rules of the organization.
5. Write or report depending on his/her creative prowess.

👉After the obtainment of membership form, the intending members shall pay the token of #300 for semester due and I'd card fee.
